Accounting & Bookkeeper Positions

LBO is constantly in the state of growth and looking for enthusiastic accountants and staff personnel to join our family. We are small enough for you to experience the interaction with the client, involvement with the accounting policies to the tax return planning and preparation. You will work with the client from the beginning to the end. We are also large enough to offer you diversity in industry, accounting and tax experiences. Positions that may be available from time to time:

Senior Accountant

You should have eight years or more of experience in Taxation, Audit, Review and Compilation. You must be a CPA. If you are experienced in the Hospitality industry or Estate planning it is a plus but not a must. Potential employees that want to merge their small practice into ours are welcome for possible partnership consideration. Must be self-motivated and willing to travel see our NYC clients. We offer a salary and benefit package commensurate with experience.

Staff Accountants

Applicants must have three to seven years of experience in taxation, audit review, and compilation. Certification is not necessary. It is required for you to be willing to travel to see our NYC clients. We offer an opportunity for career growth.

Junior Accountants

Recent college graduates or accountant with up to three years public account experience in a diversified practice. We are will to train you in the areas of taxation and compilation and review. We do not have a large audit practice.

Bookkeeper

Applicants must be knowledgeable in QuickBooks, excel and word, and must possess general knowledge of bookkeeping skills, payroll and sales tax return preparation.
